Anne Maaike Mulders is currently conducting a PhD at uu77 on the topic of gender and ethnic inequality in scientific careers in the Netherlands. Furthermore, she is interested in the role of scientists' social networks in promoting and hindering career progression within universities. To answer her research questions she utilizes innovative strategies to collect and combine internet-based data.
