Returning to the standard number of working hours

You will be forced to revert from the plus variant to the standard number of working hours, if you have more than 80 holiday hours left at the end of the year (on a pro-rata basis). This means that, as of January, your contract will be converted into a contract with the standard number of working hours.

If you have less than 80 hours left at the end of the following year (on a pro-rata basis), you can consult your supervisor about whether you plan to revert to the plus variant on 1 January. Make sure that you discuss this with your supervisor in good time.

Surplus holiday hours

If you still have some surplus leave at the end of the year, you can either carry it over to the following year, use it in the Selection Model or you can save it.

Standard working hours

There are 38 hours in a standard full-time work week, but you will work more hours and accrue compensation hours. You will agree about your actual working hours with your supervisor.

Flexible working hours

The working hours for full-time employees may deviate by two hours from the standard working week of 38 hours. If you work 40 hours a week, you will be given 96 extra holiday hours per year.
