The number of hours in a standard full-time work week is 38 hours per week. When you start working at uu77, you will normally start participating in the plus variant of the Flexible Working Hours Scheme. This means that you will work more hours per week and consequently accrue compensation hours. Find out more about the flexible working hours.
When it comes to the standard 38-hour work week, you will make a written agreement with your supervisor that stipulates your actual working hours. You may only agree to 9-hour workdays if this is in your interests and in the interests of uu77. Find out more about the Regulations on 38-hour working week. If you work full-time (the standard variant is 38 hours per week), one week off will cost you 38 hours. If you then take 1 day off, it will cost you 7.6 hours, unless you have made a different agreement with your manager on the number of hours to be worked per day.
