Further information
Pursuant to the ‘Agreement on the use of decentralised employment conditions funds 2024-2028’, only the extension of a fixed-term employment contract is financed from the decentralised employment conditions funds. Compensation for the replacement of OC members, who have an open-ended employment contract, is paid from an earmarked budget of the faculty or department concerned.
When calculating the number of hours with which a fixed-term employment contract can be extended, the working hours as mentioned in the collective labour agreement should be used as a basis.
